Transport Logistics of an Enterprise

The Master’s study program Transport Logistics of the Enterprise enables graduates to acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills for managing the entire transport process, particularly within industrial enterprises. Graduates will be prepared to develop analyses of transport systems and transport flows, to synthesize and design enterprise transport systems, and to integrate them with the production process or production technology using the latest ICT, all in accordance with current educational standards and industry needs. The study program prepares transport managers for higher management levels in industrial enterprises, transport companies, and service providers responsible for managing material activities (transport, transshipment, warehousing, sorting, dispatching, consolidation and deconsolidation of shipments), immaterial activities (freight forwarding, commercial, financial, customs, and insurance tasks), as well as the implementation of information, service, and consulting activities within the transport process.
