Students with Specific Needs
The Technical University of Košice provides counseling and effective support to applicants and students with specific needs, in order to ensure accessibility during the admission process and during the entire course of study with the aim of creating equal conditions and increasing the success of this group of students.
The university offers a wide range of support services and measures, which are mainly intended for students with visual handicap, hearing handicap, mobility handicap, specific learning disabilities, chronic illnesses or impairments, psychological disorders, impaired communication skills and combined disabilities. Services are provided free of charge to all students who have undergone a specific needs assessment at the Access Center.
