The Department of International Relations and Mobility of TUKE announces a call for applications for academic staff interested in Erasmus+ for participation in the International Teacher Week organized by the partner institution in the ULYSSEUS Alliance Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland) in the period: 03.- 07. November 2025 under the title Teaching for All – Creating Inclusive and Engaging Learning Experiences.
Maximum number of participants for TUKE: 3
Applications can be submitted to the faculty coordinators until 08 July 2025.

Application procedure:
– The application form together with all attachments must be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the deadline.
NOTICE:
– The application form must be signed by the staff member and his/her supervisor, who by his/her signature agrees to send the staff member on mobility
– The Staff Mobility Agreement document must be signed by the participant and his/her line manager at the time of application, the signature of the partner university coordinator will be arranged by the IRO.
– The application can only be submitted with complete attachments!
After the successful selection of an enrolled staff member by the university management, the staff member will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator for further action.
